About
I’m a multidisciplinary designer and art director creating visual identities, campaigns, and digital experiences rooted in strong storytelling and clear creative direction.
My approach to design starts with understanding what something is trying to communicate and finding the strongest visual way to tell that story. I work across branding, art direction, web design, social media, campaign development, apparel, photography, and content creation, allowing me to think about projects as complete experiences rather than isolated pieces of design. Whether I’m developing a brand from the ground up, evolving an existing visual identity, or creating a campaign around a specific moment, I focus on building a cohesive system that feels distinct and purposeful. I’m especially interested in the relationship between design and culture—how imagery, typography, physical objects, digital experiences, and storytelling can work together to shape the way people perceive and connect with a brand.
MY EXPERIENCE
My experience includes freelance and contract design work alongside building Avalon, an independent clothing brand I founded and creatively directed from its identity through production and marketing. Through Avalon, I have led the development of apparel collections, visual campaigns, photography, video, social content, and branded experiences while helping produce more than 300 handmade garments. My client work includes redesigning the website and digital identity for Microdot by Cambridge Sensors and developing social media, short-form video, photography, and event campaigns for the Old Town Merchants and Residents Association. In addition to my design background, my experience working in hospitality has given me a firsthand understanding of how branding, environment, service, and small visual decisions collectively shape the way people experience a business.
