Fashion

Since the conception of my small scale apparel line, in August of 2023, I have designed, created, and marketed, 4 original garment collections. Each piece has been made by hand using various techniques like sewing, sun printing, and even painting with bleach. The apparel production process has allowed me to gain and refine skills in textile production, clothing manufacturing and, fashion techniques. This gallery displays and describes each piece in depth from our most recent piece to our first.

#0001

2025

Our most recent garment, #0001, marks a shift toward simplicity and purity—reflecting Avalon’s evolution and a stronger focus on intention. As our collections have grown more aligned with our identity, this piece represents a deeper commitment to material honesty and handmade process. With the goal of eventually creating our own fabric, we aimed to make as much of #0001 as possible by hand.

The shirt was hand-sewn and tailored, dyed in coffee for an aged tone, and finished with a stamped Avalon logo—bringing in the physical, imperfect touch we see as essential to fashion. More than a garment, #0001 is a clear step toward where Avalon is headed: quieter, more focused, and entirely our own.

Ultraviolet

2024

Ultraviolet began with the idea of hiding a design in plain sight. I’ve always been drawn to reactive clothing—pieces that shift depending on how they’re seen—and wanted to create something that could both disappear and demand attention. After testing a range of reactive inks, we landed on ultraviolet light–sensitive ink to bring the idea to life.

Each hoodie was hand-stamped in an all-over print with the word Avalon, using UV-reactive ink. In normal settings, the piece appears minimal—featuring only our embroidered logo. But under ultraviolet light, it transforms, glowing with the brand’s name across every surface. Ultraviolet speaks to duality, visibility, and the idea that meaning can be hidden until the right light reveals it.

Genesis

2024

Genesis was built around the idea of letting natural processes shape design. Using sun printing and cyanotype ink, we created a series of shirts where each piece developed slightly differently—highlighting the beauty in variation and imperfection.

Two of the designs were generated with MidJourney to express abstract emotion, while the third—a figure in a paper bag—was captured practically. As Avalon’s first full collection, Genesis reflects our commitment to process, symbolism, and original experimentation.

Bleach

2023

Bleach, Avalon’s first drop, was created with the intention of making something fully handmade. In a landscape where most brands outsource production and disconnect from the process, we felt that approach lacked sincerity—and stripped fashion of what makes it human.

Using stencils designed in Photoshop, we hand-painted each piece with bleach, embracing imperfection as part of the design. The rawness of our early technique reflected not limitation, but ambition—a first step toward building something honest, original, and entirely our own.
